Added configuration option to recommend a correct interpreter when the check fails (GH-1).

Enforce a specific Perl interpreter on the first line of Perl files.

To install App::GitHooks::Plugin::PerlInterpreter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::GitHooks::Plugin::PerlInterpreter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::GitHooks::Plugin::PerlInterpreter
