Move bugtracker to github.com.
Update repository links.
Rename old dzil plugins:
- CriticTests to Test::Perl::Critic.
- KwaliteeTests to Test::Kwalitee.
Remove extra information links.
Bump copyright years.

Parse and format RFC3501 datetime strings

To install DateTime::Format::RFC3501, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DateTime::Format::RFC3501

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DateTime::Format::RFC3501
