Changes for version 1.03

Match prototypes; should eliminate prototype-mismatch warnings. Don't create functions without the 'create' flag. Allow for optional deep-copying of captured arguments.

Lexically scoped subroutine replacement for testing

To install Test::Resub, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Resub
