Changes for version 0.06 - 2015-06-10

Adding filesystem independency to Psiblast.pm
- Removed MYSQL dependency from Protein.pm and configuration file.
Removed MYSQLSmotifs.pm from the library.
smotiftf_prereq.pl was fixed, step==all options did not work.

in lib/SmotifTF.pm

To install SmotifTF, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SmotifTF

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install SmotifTF
