Changes for version 1.0

Added ability to switch into a schema other than that of the logged-in user
- Menu option added to switch schema in explain window
- Capture window now displays which user first executed the SQL
- Automatic schema switch when SQL is copied from capture window into explain window
- Added full username and schema name to window title
Fixed duplicated key bindings on menus

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
