Text::Pipe::List::MinStr - Common text filter API

If the input is an array reference, it returns the entry in the array with the lowest string value, as defined by the lt string comparison operator. If the input is a single string, it just returns that string.

Text::Pipe::List::MinStr inherits from Text::Pipe::Base.
