DESCRIPTION

A SemanticWeb::Schema::RealEstateListing is a listing that describes one or more real-estate SemanticWeb::Schema::Offers (whose [[businessFunction]] is typically to lease out, or to sell). The SemanticWeb::Schema::RealEstateListing type itself represents the overall listing, as manifested in some SemanticWeb::Schema::WebPage.

ATTRIBUTES

datePosted

Publication date of an online listing.

A date_posted should be one of the following types:

Str

_has_date_posted

A predicate for the "date_posted" attribute.

lease_length

leaseLength

Length of the lease for some SemanticWeb::Schema::Accommodation, either particular to some SemanticWeb::Schema::Offer or in some cases intrinsic to the property.

A lease_length should be one of the following types:

InstanceOf['SemanticWeb::Schema::Duration']

InstanceOf['SemanticWeb::Schema::QuantitativeValue']

_has_lease_length

A predicate for the "lease_length" attribute.
