NAME
Paws::IoT::DescribeEndpoint - Arguments for method DescribeEndpoint on Paws::IoT
DESCRIPTION
This class represents the parameters used for calling the method DescribeEndpoint on the AWS IoT service. Use the attributes of this class as arguments to method DescribeEndpoint.
You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the call to DescribeEndpoint.
SYNOPSIS
my $iot = Paws->service('IoT');
my $DescribeEndpointResponse = $iot->DescribeEndpoint(
EndpointType => 'MyEndpointType', # OPTIONAL
);
# Results:
my $EndpointAddress = $DescribeEndpointResponse->EndpointAddress;
# Returns a L<Paws::IoT::DescribeEndpointResponse> object.
Values for attributes that are native types (Int, String, Float, etc) can passed as-is (scalar values). Values for complex Types (objects) can be passed as a HashRef. The keys and values of the hashref will be used to instance the underlying object. For the AWS API documentation, see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/goto/WebAPI/iot/DescribeEndpoint
ATTRIBUTES
EndpointType => Str
The endpoint type. Valid endpoint types include:
iot:Data
- Returns a VeriSign signed data endpoint.
iot:Data-ATS
- Returns an ATS signed data endpoint.
iot:CredentialProvider
- Returns an AWS IoT credentials provider API endpoint.
iot:Jobs
- Returns an AWS IoT device management Jobs API endpoint.
We strongly recommend that customers use the newer iot:Data-ATS
endpoint type to avoid issues related to the widespread distrust of Symantec certificate authorities.
