NAME
Paws::IAM::ChangePassword - Arguments for method ChangePassword on Paws::IAM
DESCRIPTION
This class represents the parameters used for calling the method ChangePassword on the AWS Identity and Access Management service. Use the attributes of this class as arguments to method ChangePassword.
You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the call to ChangePassword.
SYNOPSIS
my $iam = Paws->service('IAM');
# To change the password for your IAM user
# The following command changes the password for the current IAM user.
$iam->ChangePassword(
'NewPassword' => ']35d/{pB9Fo9wJ',
'OldPassword' => '3s0K_;xh4~8XXI'
);
Values for attributes that are native types (Int, String, Float, etc) can passed as-is (scalar values). Values for complex Types (objects) can be passed as a HashRef. The keys and values of the hashref will be used to instance the underlying object. For the AWS API documentation, see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/goto/WebAPI/iam/ChangePassword
ATTRIBUTES
REQUIRED NewPassword => Str
The new password. The new password must conform to the AWS account's password policy, if one exists.
The regex pattern (http://wikipedia.org/wiki/regex) that is used to validate this parameter is a string of characters. That string can include almost any printable ASCII character from the space (\u0020
) through the end of the ASCII character range (\u00FF
). You can also include the tab (\u0009
), line feed (\u000A
), and carriage return (\u000D
) characters. Any of these characters are valid in a password. However, many tools, such as the AWS Management Console, might restrict the ability to type certain characters because they have special meaning within that tool.
REQUIRED OldPassword => Str
The IAM user's current password.
