App::INIUtils - INI utilities

VERSION

This document describes version 0.035 of App::INIUtils (from Perl distribution App-INIUtils), released on 2024-06-24.

SYNOPSIS

This distribution provides the following command-line utilities:

1. delete-ini-key
2. delete-ini-section
3. dump-ini
4. get-ini-key
5. get-ini-section
6. grep-ini
7. insert-ini-key
8. insert-ini-section
9. list-ini-sections
10. map-ini
11. parse-ini
12. sort-ini-sections

The main feature of these utilities is tab completion.

FUNCTIONS

sort_ini_sections

Usage:

sort_ini_sections(%args) -> any

.

This function is not exported.

Arguments ('*' denotes required arguments):

  • allow_duplicate_key => bool (default: 1)

    (No description)

  • default_section => str (default: "GLOBAL")

    (No description)

  • ini* => str

    INI file.

  • sort_args => array[str]

    Arguments to pass to the Sort::Sub::* routine.

  • sort_sub => sortsub::spec

    Name of a Sort::Sub::* module (without the prefix).

Most of the time, you don't need to build the distribution yourself. You can simply modify the code, then test via:

% prove -l

If you want to build the distribution (e.g. to try to install it locally on your system), you can install Dist::Zilla, Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::PERLANCAR, Pod::Weaver::PluginBundle::Author::PERLANCAR, and sometimes one or two other Dist::Zilla- and/or Pod::Weaver plugins.
