add Directory::relative::to which provides the same functionality but returning fully-qualified directory names instead of sticking them in @INC

To install lib::relative::to, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm lib::relative::to

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install lib::relative::to
