Modified SetAccountInformation so that it accepts empty login and password. This is needed to be able to schedule a job running as System.

To install Win32::TaskScheduler, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Win32::TaskScheduler

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Win32::TaskScheduler
