Changes for version 1.00

Updated tests to accomodate new default escaping rules in URI::Escape 3.30 (and, presumably, later versions).
Bumped version number to reflect API stability.

A URI class that allows easy and efficient manipulation of URI components.

To install Rose::URI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Rose::URI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Rose::URI
