RFID::Reader::TestBase - Provide basic methods for writing an RFID reader test module

SYNOPSIS

Provides fake backend methods to test out RFID::Reader without having access to a real reader.

To install RFID::Reader, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RFID::Reader

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RFID::Reader
