Set minimum requirement for Moo as the `coerce => 1` attribute was not supported until v1.006000.

Basic PostgreSQL connection service file interface

To install Pg::ServiceFile, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pg::ServiceFile

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pg::ServiceFile
