specify Bio::Seq, Bio::SeqIO requirements explicitly in Build.PL (may avoid certain failures)
O and T are now exported by default; better one-liners this way

To install PerlIO::via::SeqIO, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PerlIO::via::SeqIO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PerlIO::via::SeqIO
