  • Forgot to fix some change logs.
  • Beginnings of getting things to work for MSVC
  • Fixed a few bugs with patch, etc.
  • Add some scripts for 5.39.9 with MSVC
  • Update cpanm
  • Require Syntax::Keyword::Try
  • Update some of the shared scripts a little
  • Simplified the CPANMINUS_install_modules.pl script
  • Ensure all shared scripts use v5.18
  • Ensure all shared scripts use GetOpts a bit more correctly
  • Stop clobbering %ENV on nmake (MSVC) builds
