Added accessors for DefaultPort and DefaultPortSSL. Using $Net::Jabber::Loudmouth::DefaultPort{,SSL} is deprecated now.
Make MessageNode_set_attributes C99 compliant.

To install Net::Jabber::Loudmouth, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Jabber::Loudmouth

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Jabber::Loudmouth
