Changes for version 1.40 - 2000-09-04

Semantic clarification in the user-supplied sub to the rules
Fixed a few semantic quirks regarding rule ordering, wildcards and preferences
A prerequisite's user-supplied sub returning false will not directly cause the current rule to be skipped.
Added basic tests

Programatically fill elements of a hash based in prerequisites

To install Hash::Filler, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Hash::Filler

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Hash::Filler
