Changes for version 0.13 - 2011-01-02

Added depends to Makefile.PL, updated POD, cleared-up old coding style, added functionality to skip certain nodes, added tests.

Add hyperlinks to phrases in HTML documents

To install HTML::LinkAdd, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::LinkAdd

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::LinkAdd
