changed character map from hash to an array, increasing access efficiency
added option to selectively escape some low-bit ASCII characters that are considered unsafe in XML ("'<)
added more tests

Encode ISO-8859-2 characters into HTML entities.

To install HTML::Entities::Latin2, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::Entities::Latin2

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::Entities::Latin2
