Changes for version 2.12 - 2021-04-30

Fix bug whereby I had used a variable name $numeric instead of defined($numeric). This is triggered when a node attribute has the value 0. Reported by Martin Ward.
Adopt new repo structure. See http://savage.net.au/Ron/html/My.Workflow.for.Building.Distros.html.
Reformat Makefile.PL.
Add files t/00.versions.*.

Run GraphViz2::Marpa.

Generate GraphViz2::Marpa's html/index.html.

cpanm GraphViz2::Marpa
