Changes for version 1.03 - 2011-01-20
- major API change:
- FF::DS::Record::data() now returns a scalar (not a scalar ref)
- the new FF::DS::Record::dataref() returns a scalar ref
- both still accept a scalar or scalar ref when setting the data value
- FlatFile::DataStore::DBM:
- fix logic error wrt updates, w/ tests
- store dbm_* globals in object instance
- add extra "dbm specs" parameter to new()
