- rolledback unused github_issues parameter and replaced ReportVersions::Tiny with Test::ReportPrereqs

configure Dist::Zilla like RUSSOZ

Pod::Weaver configuration the way RUSSOZ does it

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::RUSSOZ, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::RUSSOZ

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::RUSSOZ
