default filename of generated test is now xt/author/clean-namespaces.t, to allow the test to run on travis when not doing release testing

Generate a test to check that all namespaces are clean

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::CleanNamespaces, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::CleanNamespaces

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::CleanNamespaces
