Changes for version 0.02 - 2005-04-22

Robert A. Lerche notified us that there was a bug in the code leading to returned times being 5 hours off the mark. Robert was also kind enough to include a better explanation than the one we had on hand. Thanks Robert! And sorry for any inconvenience this might've caused anybody.

make a nice DateTime object from the "Windows File Time" hex string.

To install DateTime::Format::WindowsFileTime, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DateTime::Format::WindowsFileTime

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DateTime::Format::WindowsFileTime
