Changes for version v1.1.2

This is a minor feature enhancement release with no backwards compatability breakage
- Added support for including files via @include() tag
- Added support for keys containing characters outside a-Z0-9, by quoting the keys
- Remove non-portable Makefile testing cruft

Configuration file access

To install Config::Record, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::Record

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::Record
