Bug release. Removed Smart::Comments from code - this wasn't in PREREQ_PM and causing tests to fail.

Encode a tuple (vector) into a color - useful for generating color representation of a comparison of multiple values.

To install Color::TupleEncode, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Color::TupleEncode

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Color::TupleEncode
