Changes for version 1.15

Changed to use Module::Build.
Added use of Safe module to prevent code injection through the evaluation of the Colloquy data files.
Changed unit tests to use Test::Deep instead of Test::Assertions

Read Colloquy 1.3 and 1.4 data files

To install Colloquy::Data, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Colloquy::Data

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Colloquy::Data
