Fix a test failure in perl-5.12, and later caused by incompatible changes in the way perl treats length(undef).

To install Chemistry::File::SMILES, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Chemistry::File::SMILES

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Chemistry::File::SMILES
