fixed the source code repos in the POD. now we use the following git repos: http://github.com/agentzh/cookiexs/

HTTP Cookie parser in pure C

To install CGI::Cookie::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Cookie::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Cookie::XS
