Changes for version 1.06

increased minimum Perl version to Perl 5.8, as does HTML::Template::Compiled
moved POD tests to xt folder (dedicated author tests folder, run "prove t xt" for all tests)

Integrate with HTML::Template::Compiled

To install CGI::Application::Plugin::HTCompiled, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Plugin::HTCompiled

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Plugin::HTCompiled
