Changes for version 1.06

fixed test failure due to incompatibility with new CAP::AutoRunmode (discovered by Shawn Sorichetti)
removed TODO, since everything on the list has been done

Pass control from one run mode to another

To install CGI::Application::Plugin::Forward, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Plugin::Forward

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Plugin::Forward
