Change the search order for the install dir to search paths provided as environment variable first rather than last
Add -V option to scs_archive (alias for --version)

Read and extract .scs archive contents

To install Archive::SCS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Archive::SCS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Archive::SCS
