Make --scan-test-requires the official feature (songmu)
The pm files under the test directories are also target of --scan-test-requires (songmu)
update dependency by using scan-prereqs-cpanfile itself (songmu)

cpanm App::scan_prereqs_cpanfile

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::scan_prereqs_cpanfile
