Changes for version 0.13

Updated POD and README with new configuration examples.
Updated package Apache2::WebApp minimum version dependencies.
Fixed warning 'numeric in numeric ge (>=)' in memcached_threshold argument.
Fixed runtime issue due to an orphaned variable that somehow made it into this build.

To install Apache2::WebApp::Plugin::Session::Memcached, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache2::WebApp::Plugin::Session::Memcached

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache2::WebApp::Plugin::Session::Memcached
