when AnyEvent::AIO was loaded after event loop intiialise, then the watcher would get destroyed again.
take advantage of AnyEvent 3.81 API and simplify the module immensely.

To install AnyEvent::AIO, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm AnyEvent::AIO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install AnyEvent::AIO
