New code location (old Alien::ROOT modules are now partially broken because releases moved).

Utility package to install and locate CERN's ROOT library

To install Alien::ROOT, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::ROOT

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::ROOT
