Changes for version 0.03

Hopefully fixing a PDL::Graphics2D optional dependency which caused this to fail most automated tests.
Added Modern::Perl and ExtUtils::MakeMaker dependencies which caused this to fail the rest of the tests.

cpanm AI::Nerl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install AI::Nerl
