	* AST.xs: Fixed introduction of astLinearApprox. It actually
	turned up in v3.5 not v3.4 (well, the public interface did not get
	it until then).

	* AST.xs: For older AST (pre v4.0) a fortran compiler is required
	for linking against fortran SLA. Some compilers require a dummy
	MAIN_ definition (g95 on OS X).
