Changes for version 0.03

Bumped version to 0.03 because of strange POD issues
- MX::SM::Role had just MX::SM in it pod... it this the cause of problem?

Moose with Singleton Method facility.

Role providing Singleton Method option

To install MooseX::SingletonMethod, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::SingletonMethod

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::SingletonMethod
