Changes for version 0.04

Changes to conform to CPANTS Kwalitee:
- Added pod tests.
- Added examples directory.
- Updated Makefile.PL to use Module::Install and provide licensing terms.

Retrieve random numbers and data from random.org.

To install Math::RandomOrg, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::RandomOrg

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::RandomOrg
