* bin/ermdir, lib/File/EmptyDirs.pm: Cleaned up code in main
module, cleaned up documentation. Explained what
remove_empty_dirs() returns. Added scalar and list context
return to remove_empty_dirs(), in list context, returns the abs
paths to the dirs removed, in scalar, count of dirs removed.
Improved ermdir, added proper gnulike documentation- added debug
feature, tells you what happened, etc.
Made sure perl license shows up properly.
