    Expanded the loop detection tweaks to OpenBSD as well

    Observed similiar clang warnings there as well

    Made the constant and subname more generic

    Add loop detection tweaking for FreeBSD

    clang warnings and notes from compiling XS modules observed to be
    triggering loop detection kills.

    this should reduce the instances of that.

    Refactored loop detection

    Added digest() option to Backends to specify a regexp to reset loop
    detection digests.

    Only CPANPLUS::YACSmoke supports this currently.
