 - Remove trailing whitespace
 - Remove use of experimental smartmatch feature
 - minor corrections of POD
 - Split up tests so that older Perl versions pass.
   This avoids some memory leak with Crypt::SMIME.
 - Add 2019 copyright
 - Update Maintainer information
