* Extended Kite::PScript::Defs to include definitions for Boxes.

* Added Kite::XML::Parser, Kite::XML::Node and Kite::XML::Node::Kite 
  modules for parsing XML files and constructing object hierarchies
  accordingly.

* Improved PostScript code in Kite::PScript::Defs and added some new
  features such as border control, crop lines, better page tiling, 
  automatic centering, in-image tiling map showing where a page fits 
  within a tiling set, and various other minor enhancements.

* Changed Kite::XML2PS to generate PostScript from a template using 
  the Template Toolkit.  Changed parser from XML::EasyObj to new 
  Kite::XML::Parser.  Also added 'border' and 'map' options and updated
  okxml2ps accordingly.
 
* Changed Kite::Base::AUTOLOAD to update public object members when 
  called with an argument, e.g. $obj->title('The New Title');

* Tentatively renamed some of the elements in the xml/kiteparts.dtd.
  'wording' is now 'text', and 'layup' is now 'layout'.

* Added various new test scripts.

* Added the Kite::XML2PS, Kite::PScript::Defs modules and bin/okxml2ps
  script, based on a repackaging of Simon Stapleton's xml2ps.pl script.
  Also added xml/kiteparts.dtd and xml/test.xml.

* changed Kite::Base::_init() method to init() (i.e. removed leading 
  underscore) and added functionality to intialise the object using a 
  hash reference defined as the $PARAMS variable in the derived class 
  package to specify acceptable configuration keys and default values.
  Also added an AUTOLOAD method to provide accessor methods to these
  parameters.

* Extended and updated test suite.
