DESCRIPTION
First: We analysing for all symbols in Finance::Quant::Symbols and fresch NASDAQ symbolsname
the recommendations released by Institutional Brokers Estimate System IBES
Second: process the StrongBuy contracts with R long strategy
Last: Publishing the results into Cache and Disc
