Konstrukt::Handler::CGI - Handler for the processing of a given filename
SYNOPSIS
my $root = $ENV{'DOCUMENT_ROOT'};
my $cgihandler = Konstrukt::Handler::CGI->new($root, $filename);
$cgihandler->handler();DESCRIPTION
Parses a given file against special (e.g. <&...&>) tags and prints out the result.
