FakeCollectd - Provides in-place replacement for testing Collectd plugins.
SYNOPSIS
Used internally by Test::Collectd::Plugins.
plugin_register (CALLBACK_TYPE, PLUGIN_NAME, CALLBACK_NAME)
Will Populate %FakeCollectd using provided arguments.
plugin_dispatch_values ( value_type )
Populates %FakeCollectd with the data.
