NAME
desupercite - a program for stripping superciting and other irregular email quoting from text
USAGE
desupercite <file> [harsh]Pass in a filename and the file will be read, stripped and then printed on STDOUT.
Passing in an optional true value (i.e '1') as a second argument will also strip out any other irregular quoting turning
